LIVE: Call for Student Posters!

We are excited to announce that the official launch of the 2021 STARS Celebration Call for Student Posters! As one of the main focal points of the annual STARS Celebration, this year's (virtual) student poster session provides undergraduate & graduate students the opportunity to share their recent advances in areas including, but not limited to: 

  • Computing Research
  • Broadening Participation in Computing (BPC) Research
  • Student-Led BPC Initiatives & Events
  • Socially Relevant Computing
  • Computing/STEM Education for K-12 & beyond
  • Departmental Efforts towards BPC

Submission Information & Guidelines

Poster submissions will be managed through the EasyChair conference management system. To make a submission, you must have an EasyChair account; if you do not have an account, you will have the option to create one using the link provided below. Initial poster submissions will require a list of all poster authors, title, and abstract (max of 250 words), but will not require you to include the final poster design. Upon notification of acceptance, submission authors will receive follow-up instructions via email detailing presentation & poster formatting guidelines, as well as information pertaining to the virtual poster session line-up and notes on preparation.
